In certain circumstances you may be able to take advantage of
the government Legal Aid and Advice and Assistance schemes.
This sponsored scheme can generally only be accessed after "means"
testing. Clients in receipt of some benefits will automatically
qualify, although in many cases wage earners will also be entitled
to Legal Advice and Assistance.

In circumstances where you require representation in court,
we can advise you as to whether you should apply for a Legal
Aid Certificate.
The Legal Aid Board assesses your income to establish whether
you are qualify for assistance and whether you will be required
to make a contribution.
