The Government provides a scheme that enables you to qualify
for assistance.
This sponsored scheme requires a brief ‘means’
test. It is likely that people who are receiving a form of supplementary
benefits will qualify but there are some circumstances where
wage earners do as well.

In circumstances where you have to be represented in Court,
we can advise you as to whether you should apply for a Legal
Aid Certificate.
It is the Legal Aid Board that assess your
income to establish whether you are able to qualify for assistance
and whether you need to make a contribution.
