as important as their legal and commercial skills.
The Corporate/Commercial team at BKF is headed up by David Deane.
With over twenty years' experience in commercial law, he specialises
in corporate finance with particular emphasis on M & A work
and debt/equity funding

joint ventures and commercial contracts.
